Import Range based on Text

Hi,
I'm trying to import data from a Specific Department to another sheet. I've done a test sheet.
Main data (Form)
Import filther data of Department = "NR101 - Norway" to the below sheet
I manage to import range but i've tried many post on net but most of the filther is for value and not for text. Can anyone help?
Also, i want to import only specific range and not the whole set. How should i enter the formula if i only want A, C, & F to how only. Currently I'm importing the whole range then hide the columns but it creates problem at times when new column is added to the form. Below is the formula i use.
=importrange("0Au3DxtDe7dh6dEJ3Z0xON2FEMDg1bzB0aTJiZzlqbUE","Data!A1:G2000")
Thanks!

in the following solution I used ImportRange to pull in  all columns in sheet named Data of spreadsheet name yForm Data ... and then I queried the data to pull only select columns A, C, and F (Col1,Col3, and Col6) of only those record s where column B (Col2) = 'NR101 - Norway'

and following is the spreadsheet I am pulling the data from ... (the key of the spreadsheet is 0AkHBcyclu11AdE1QcEFqSEI5cEtja3FadjRxbnZycHc
