How to format cells in the unit of stones and pounds (st and lb)?

Hello,

Please can anybody advise as to how to do this?

Please ensure this is stone AND pounds and not just stone. For example, 12 stone 8 pounds is 12.5714 stone. I want this in stone and pounds, so 12 stone 8 pounds please, not 12.5714 stone.

Please are you also able to confirm how I should input a value into a cell? What would be correct - would I input '12.8', or '12st 8lb', or other?
