Conditional formatting "sticks"

I have a spreadsheet where a particular cell will light up in color blue when "in between" a defined range, but once it exits that range, it still continues to stay highlighted in blue.  For this particular cell, the condition triggered yesterday when it was in the defined range.  Today it is not in the defined range yet the cell is acting like it still is by remaining highlighted.  Is their a daily reset for this?

Help greatly appreciated.
