Changing the color of a cell in a column if there is no match.
I have a column (C) that is connected to a google form. If an input does not match one of the following words (100 words) I need it to turn red so that someone can manually update that field if needed. How would I accomplish this?

Thanks for being willing to look at this. Here is the link: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1G6YdNK0nyhv9zrihkmdhsD4Sp5w45g1rd_9tx4EMzZ0/edit?usp=sharing

On the tab "receipts" I need to do conditional formatting that shows "red" on any cells in "Sub Category" that don't match with tab "ideas" list of words.
