Retrieving some cells from another sheet that correspond with text within both
I've been googling to find an answer to this but can't find it.  It most likely needs a combination of functions that I can't wrap my head around, but:
I have a form where someone chooses a name from a drop down menu.  That answer then goes to Form Responses column B.  Sheet 2 (Guests) contains all the names available for dropdown in alphabetical order in column B along with data in C,D, & E. When the form is filled out and a name is chosen, I need a function(s) that would bring the data from Sheet 2 (Guests) column C,D,E (that corresponds with the name chosen in the form) into that Row (F,G,H) in Form Responses (Sheet 1). Can this be done?  Thanks, an answer is much appreciated.

Here is the Manna Pantry Spreadsheet
Every week a volunteer will choose from names ("Guests" B) that populate a dropdown in a google form (using formRanger) when the guest comes to receive a food bag.  The names will then be in "Form Responses".  At the end of the month, we must report how many people took food bags BUT they have to seperated into 3 age categories (C,D,E in "Guests").  So, when that name is chosen in the form, we want to trigger a function that would bring the 3 corresponding cells of Age categories ("Guests" C,D,E) into the Form Responses sheet Age categories(F,G,H) on the same row.  Not all names are chosen every month and some come more than others.  Thanks
