filter or index to show a list unique products and their most recent quantity

I have three columns. A lists the date of entry. B lists the unit #, C lists the updated qty for that unit. 

Sample data:  

Date	Col A	Col B
2/2/2014	5C4G31203D	600
1/1/2014	PJ110611D1	600
3/1/2014	PS121445Z	1000
4/1/2014	PJ110611D1	200

In column D and E I want to use a filter or an index the all the units and their most recent quantity.

PJ110611D1	200
