How do I calculate a growth percentage over one column

Hi

I've seen lots of formulas for calculating percentages across multiple rows....but I need to calculate change across just one column using one set of numbers. Can somebody please explain the right formula for how to do this?

I've attached a link to the spreadsheet below. Any help would be most appreciated!!
