How to have a cell formula "look up" to most recent data entry?
For the following three types of data in columns, what formula(s) would you use to have a cell look up and display the bottom most entry?

	Date	text	value
	8/1	PT13	55
	8/3	T91	52
	8/7		66
	8/8
	8/9
what formula to:
look up above and display most recent data	?	?	?
for example:	8/9	T91	66
