Running a row query to count across multiple columns

I set up a tracking spreadsheet for my web design team to work on saving photography for our ecommerce site. Above is a simplified sample spreadsheet to help illustrate my question:

In column H, rows 2 and 3, I am counting the rows based on if a designer has marked a photo "complete" and if the photo name has "b-" or not in the title. This helps to roll up a percent completion in the "Counts" sheet tab. I recently added a "Notes" section in column G. I would like a way to query the count of rows if they are marked complete (x) OR if they have a note (from a validation list) selected in column G. Tried a number of things, but maybe my syntax is just not right. Thanks for any insight!
