Creating a chart using only a single data source (one column in a sheet)
Creating a chart using only a single data source (one column in a sheet)
I’m trying to do a chart that is based on only one column of information in a sheet, which is entered using a drop down box.
So, say, for example, I was collecting information on a group of students and one column related to where they lived, and the other columns were irrelevant.
The might look column something like this:
Residence Location of Student
Town A
Town B
Town C
Town A
Town A
Town C
Town D
Town B
Town B
Town A
I want to do a chart which shows how many times each “town” appears in that one column.
Is that possible?
