Compare changes to sheets and display the changes in another sheet
I'm trying to put together a seating chart for the office. I would like it to compare next weeks sheet with the current weeks sheets and display the changes.

Example of a seating chart below. The seat numbers stay the same but people move around a lot. I would like to be able to track those changes and create a list of changes, 

Mary is new and will be at F09S02

Bob Z. moves from F10S07 to F10S05

JimBob leaves

Then from there be able to generate an email that is sent to the people responsible for moving them.
