I need help selecting a unique name in a =QUERY

=QUERY( 'Sheet1'!A1:BT; "Select AA, E, D, I, C, F, G, H, J, L, M, N, P, Q, R, Y, Z WHERE E=ISAUNIQUENAME" ;0)  

E contains the same last name multiple times and I only want it to show up one time in my new sheet.

AA                      E              D      etc.........

ORDER LAST        FIRST
