I'm having trouble tiring to figure out how to do the following:

I need to look in the part column and find any thing that starts with EN

Then I need to look in the date column and count it if the date falls in January.

Expected results from my sample data below would be 2

Part #                     Date

EN12345              1/13/13

EE43247              1/4/13

MN78427              3/27/13 

EN19087              1/23/13

ME98768              2/19/13

EN56399              3/22/13

Chrome Version 26.0.1410.64 m  on Win XP SP3
