Count how many dates from an specific year are in a list

Hi,

I have a list of dates, eg:

A

01/05/64

21/06/78

06/07/78

09/05/77

11/04/78

... and so on

I would like to count how many dates are from an specific year, eg: in the previous example there is 3 dates that are from the year 78. Which formula in Google Drive works to find this?
