Help with Text Strings, resulting in addition to sum

Here's what I have now

=IF(FIND("Finance,"E4;J4+25);IF(F4="Warranty";J4+25;IF(F4="Gap";J4+15)))

I am trying to get K4 to look and see if F4 has "Finance," "Warranty," or "Gap" in it. If Finance, J4+25. If Warranty, J4+25. If Gap, J4+15.

So, in this instance I need K4 to read out: $262.56
