Cell value based on multiple criteria including earliest date
I need to find a formula for the following scenario:
Sheet1:
column A: VIN numbers (like a product code)
column B: Date Sold
column C: Purchase price
(Many of the VINs are entered several times, each with a different Date Sold and Purchase Price)
Sheet2:
column A: Enter a VIN number here to find the original purchase price
column B: This is where I need a formula. I need to go through each match of a VIN from column A on this sheet to column A on Sheet 1. Find the earliest Date Sold and return the purchase price on that row.
---
Sure. Here you go. The formula I need is on sheet2. Thank you so much!
