Hi,

Tried "googling" but, I'm still stumped.  Here's a formula I presently use:

=COUNTIFS(CallList!$W:$W,B$3,CallList!$M:$M,$A5,CallList!$V:$V, $A$1)

How would I make that work in spreadsheet?
