Finding Last Date before today
I'm Trying to come up with a formula to return the last date before today with an extra criteria.

this array has dates before and after today with different people, I'd like to be able to get the last date before today for frank

Sorry for the confusion. What I mean is the last date before today for frank, and the contents of column c for that date.

So it should return 1/25 and 'did a funny dance'
Since today is 2/5
If today were 2/10 it would return 2/7 and 'n/a'
