Looking to do an Array Formula using a Hyperlink?
My Public URL is https://docs.google.com/
I am trying to do a Concatenate Hyperlink.
This would be used in a form, so I assume it would need to be an array formula but I can't figure it out.
If a Name is in A3 Take the fomula in A1, and concatenate B3 to the end and display the name, if no name is present display N/A.
Column D is there just to show my attempt that is failing.
