array formula help lookup colum for sum of 2 values

I am trying to lookup a column and look for 2 cell values within that column and return the sum

this is what i have that works for lookup of 1 value

 

=if(A4:A="","",arrayformula(sum((DATABASE!C:C=A4)*(DATABASE!I:I="FAILED"))))
