Get Average of range filtering by each day

Trying to get an average time for each day that has been logged via a form. My data looks like this

Column B   Column H

2/2/2015     00:30:00

2/2/2015     00:13:00

2/2/2015     00:42:00 

2/6/2015     00:56:00

2/6/2015     00:17:00

2/6/2015     00:23:00

2/6/2015     00:24:00

I want to have a column filter an average each day and auto adjust for new dates. So Average 00:30:00, 00:13:00 and 00:42:00 for 2/2/2015. The resulting averages will be used in a chart.
