I'd like to find a replace a string in my spreadsheets and need some help

I have string like this:

23C BR2 *BR2 & 23C BR3 *BR3 

24C BR2 *BR2 & 24C BR3 *BR3 

25C BR2 *BR2 & 25C BR3 *BR3 

26C BR2 *BR2 & 26C BR3 *BR3 

27C BR2 *BR2 & 27C BR3 *BR3

And would like to replace them with these:

23C BR2/3 *BR2/BR3 

24C BR2/3 *BR2/BR3 

25C BR2/3 *BR2/BR3

26C BR2/3 *BR2/BR3 

27C BR2/3 *BR2/BR3

Is there a way use "find and replace" to do this automatically?
