Simple ArrayFormula help for sum and average for new rows

I have this really simple spreadsheet where I'd like average, count, and total columns to automatically be created when a new row is added.

Here is the spreadsheet.  I am trying to use arrayformula to get this done.

For extra credit:

1) I'd like when I start a new row (especially on mobile OS) the date in Column A it will start with today by default.

2) Column B to show a drop down of previous users so I don't have to type the name each time I add a row.
