order pathology information into columns
Hi guys,
I just received this awfully collected data sheet from a clinical research, and I need to fix it a little bit in order to be able to make some analysis.
Basically, I have a "patients' id" column with patients' id in there. Then for each patient I have a series of pathologies, each pathology written in a cell.
What I would need to do is to create columns from the pathologies in the cells, and then move each pathology in their respective columns (i.e. all pharyngitis cells within the pharyngitis column, all influenza cells in an influenza columns etc.). Can you help me figure out if there's possibly some automatic function by which I can accomplish that?
I created this small file (link) to exemplify the file in question, but consider that the actual file is far bigger than this, with hundreds of pathology definitions.

Hope anyone can help
