Countblank with expanding columns
Hi through a MMORPG my job is to track the contributions of guild members to various projects.
On my table, rows 1,2 and 3 are the project originator, the name of the project and the start date. This starts from column C.
Column A lists all the guild members.
When a guild member has contributed to the project, I will put a Y on their row, at the project column.

Column A lists all the guild members.

Column B is my problem. Right now column 2 counts the outstanding contributions for each guild member with the formula:
=COUNTBLANK(C4:CC4).
=COUNTBLANK(C4:CC4).
If I add a project at column CD, the formula will still only count to CC. How do I make the formula adjust to the ever increasing amount of columns?
Kind regards
Yannick
