Create recurring lists from ranges

I would like to create a dynamic spreadsheet which grows as entries are added to a defined range.  For instance, I might have 2 ranges:

Day

Monday

Tuesday

Wednesday

Thursday

Friday

Person

Bob

Frank

Sue

I want to create a table like the following:

Person Day

Bob Monday

Bob Tuesday

Bob Wednesday

Bob Thursday

Bob Friday

Frank Monday

Frank Tuesday

Frank Wednesday

Frank Thursday

Frank Friday

Sue Monday

Sue Tuesday

Sue Wednesday

Sue Thursday

Sue Friday

If I add another person to this list by adding that person to the "Person" range, I want them automatically added 5 times with the days listed next to them.  I'm at a loss as to which functions I need to pull this off.
