Update dropdown list dynamically
I have a dropdown which should switch it's range after I choose another dropdown. 

Is there any smart way to make it update itself dynamically.
Here's spreadsheet in action [here], -- in this example when i choose a item from dropdown A12, -- the A16 dropdown list
should update according to it.
