SUM multiple numbers within a single cell

Hello,

I have multiple numbers listed in a single cell seperated by text.

How can I total the numbers without seperating the text into a different cell?

 

Example:

2,500 sq. ft. - H&R Block

24,000 sq. ft. - Tattoo Parlor

30,000 sq. ft. - Barber Shop
