Filter unique entries only
hello,
I am using the filter function to auto-populate all data in specific columns from the main tab to a secondary tab for Fred:
=Filter('Main Schedule'!B:W ;'Main Schedule'!H:H="Fred")
Right now this shows every row of the columns B through W.
Is there anyway that I can filter out rows that have duplicate information in one of the columns? So for example Column C header is "City" and many rows in that column say Santa Fe. I only want the first row that says "Santa Fe". This way I can see each unique entry instead of all the data associated with it.
Hope that makes sense.
Thanks!

This spreadsheet should explain what I am looking for.
I am trying to use the Filter function and the Unique function to create the third tab in the example above. I want it to be a dynamic tab so that when I add information to the Data tab that the Ralph tab automatically gets populated with the new data. But I only want to see Unique cities.

following is a solution to the problem
