Dear Sir or Madam,

Please help me, in Spreadsheet I have one column as below:

EVALUATION

BAD

VERY BAD

NEUTRAL

GOOD

BAD

EXCELLENT

How can I caculate value of EVALUATION? The conditions are: EVALUATION = the lowest value of the column (VERY BAD < BAD < NEUTRAL < GOOD < EXCELLENT)
