And I'd also like both data validated dropdown boxes here to be populated from the full details on the INGREDIENTS sheet.
Is this achievable using the method you posted? If so, help implementing it would be amazing! If not, any ideas?

This looks like it's doing many awesome things, but for some reason I just can't get my head around it.
What's actually going on?
The aspect I'm mainly interested is functionality like this:

Generated from a full ingredients list with headings like:
CATEGORY | INGREDIENT | PRICE etc
Is that what's going on here? Sorry for being so slow.
(by 'whats going on' I mean what is each formulae doing exactly)
