Computing Months With 5 WeekEnds
In this solution I used the logic that for a month to have 5 WeekEnds,
1) the first day of the month must be a Friday
and
2) the month must have 31 days in it
It turns out that July-2011 has 5 WeekEnds for that extra rest and relaxation this summer -- so ENJOY!
