Turn Multiple Choice Answers into a Number Value.
I'm trying to check an assessment tool for teachers and school to indicate how ready they are to implement systematic changes. 

I created a form using multiple choice answers, but when I examine the spreadsheet which collects the answers, I get the complete text of the multiple choice. 

Is there a simple way to get the answers to show up in the spread sheet as a number value, (i.e. 1, 2, 3 or 4) based on their selection rather than the text from the form.
