Copying Formula Down

I am trying to copy the following formula down an entire column. When I drag the cursor down it does not copy the formula correctly. 

I need this to carry down column D and E. 

Is there a way to rewrite the formula to be able to drag it down and repeat the formula correctly?

Formula that compares multiple columns?

Below is screenshot of my google sheets that I am referring to. My goal is to have the last column (top performer) display whatever column has the highest number for that respected row. For instance, the first cell under top performer should display "Google AdWords" as it had the highest number for that day. This formula of course would only be comparing the columns with a source name in it (google adwords, bing, craigslist, ect..). 

Is there any formula to make this possible?
