vlook up not retrieving data

I have google sheet where When I chose "Debtor" , sheet should pull the respective email address. If you see on sheet. rows after 10 dont pull email addess. also some broker name like "accu trans" dont pull the email address.

This is very urgent for me. PLEASE help.
