finding duplicates in columns

hello

i have 2 columns, column A and column B

I want to find the duplicates between these columns and delete both 

thank you.

Column A represents last year's customers

Column B represents this year's renewals

So the goal is too find the emails that are listed in Column B and get them out of Column A

make sense?
