=cell + 7 down
I have a cell in B3 for example, and the next relevant cell is 7 cells down from that, B10. How can I write a formula that would =B3 +7cellsdown?

It would then look like this:

=B3

=B3+7cellsdown

=B10+7cellsdown

=B17+7cellsdown
