Conditionally Format B7:B Red and Yellow If Training Date Is Over 33 and 30 Months Respectively

Conditional Formatting
I am hoping someone can help me with the following:

I have a First Aid Training date in a cell B7, this is the date they completed the training.

I would like to add conditional formatting to this cell. Yellow for 30 months after that date and Red for 33-36 months after that date. 

Can someone help me with this?
