How to generate date ranges

Hi everyone

I have to generate a date interval per month and I'd like to do it in an automatic way

I'm going to esplain. 

Let's suppose we're on february I'd like to fill 28 rows of a given column with the dates 1 through 28

How could I do?

I can get the number of days of a month using datedif and a combination of year/month/today

That I'm not able to do is the filling part

Can anyone help me please
