Modify start time to include travel hours

In cell C57 I have a start time of 8:07

In cell D57 I have a finish time of 11:18

In cell E57 I have travel time of 2.00

What formula do I put in to have google docs take that travel time, split it in half and "add" whatever that is to the start time and the finish time, in addition to rounding both the start time to finish time to the nearest 15 minute mark.

So for here, in cell F57 I would want a calculated start time of 7:00   (8:07 start time with an hour of travel would be 7:07...rounded to 7:00)

And in cell G57 I would want a calculated end time of 12:15 (11:18 end time with an hour of travel added on would be 12:18...rounded to 12:15)

Thank you so much.  I've figured out mround some, but cant figure out how to get it to take into account travel time since the start time is in "time" and travel time is a number.
