Convert Filter to Array Formula?

I have a working example of what I'm aiming for in cell B:2 of the "arrangements" sheet :

=TRANSPOSE(IFERROR(FILTER(list!A2:A,SEARCH(A2,list!B2:B))))

However, it only returns one row of names, where I would like for it to return all of the results arranged in the exact same way that this code does. Many thanks in advance!
